In dance/movement therapy, your movement, gestures, feelings, and actions are explored as a unique language that goes beyond words. Dance/Movement Therapy is not just “dance” in the traditional sense of the word, and no experience is necessary. We use a range of practices from guided breathwork and body awareness, to full-body expressive movement. Learn to understand your body and to trust your body as a calming or grounding resource.
